Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel rooms were fabulous, very comfortable, and ready on time as requested. However, they were equivalent to a cheap roadside motor inn with a mildew smell. The service was accommodating, providing rides and ensuring timely delivery of the room. The location was convenient with eateries and stores nearby, but smaller than expected from photos. The dining options were limited, with poor selections and sometimes running low on food. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable but felt a bit disappointing overall. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were times when assistance was not readily available. The location was convenient with easy access to various amenities, but there were minor issues. The dining experience had its highs and lows. Facilities were decent, with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel rooms were large and spacious but unfortunately very noisy. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, especially Stuart who was always ready to assist. The location was ideal, close to the airport, beaches, and the cruise port. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but the hotel seemed a bit outdated compared to the pictures.
The hotel had very nice rooms but unfortunately, the constant noise disturbances at night affected our stay. The service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient for shopping and eating out, although it was disappointing that calls to the USA were very costly. The dining experience was fair, with limited options at breakfast. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could be made.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean but dated with a 70s feel; however, they are very clean. The service is a mix of uninterested staff and exceptionally friendly and helpful Bartender and Barista. The location is convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance to various dining options and stores. The dining experience had its ups and downs with attentive staff but disappointing food quality. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Upon arrival at 2 am, the room for 4 guests wasn't ready, and the sofa bed was not set up with no sheets provided. However, once settled, the rooms were fantastic for our large group, offering tons of space for the kids with two beds and a pull-out sofa. The room itself was spacious with a large TV, fridge, and kitchen area, providing comfort with 2 full-size beds.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and so clean, which was great, but I missed having a microwave as we were traveling with a baby. The staff immediately and cordially addressed any issues. The service was adequate overall, but there were some hiccups. The location was a pleasant surprise with a spacious room compensating for the smaller area. The dining options were decent, but with room for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, but the smell was so bad that it made it impossible for me to sleep. Additionally, being located adjacent to some type of generator on the 3rd floor was not ideal. The service was more than accommodating, with friendly and welcoming staff making special arrangements for us, like early airport shuttle service. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and both the airport and cruise port, although some noise from the settee area was noticeable. Dining was described as chaotic, but food quality was good, especially for classic Italian dishes. Despite this, I did feel the need for more tables and chairs and changes in the menu for extended stays. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, although improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience. The hotel offered paid shuttle services and a complimentary buffet breakfast, making it a decent value for money option.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, despite the smelling carpet and low pressured shower, were alright, a bit small in the bathroom, but the bed areas were spacious enough for three adults and all our luggage. The presence of a sala or living room was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very accommodating, especially with our 9 pieces of luggage, and they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests seamlessly. The location was convenient for us, just a short ride away from the convention center and Port Everglades, making it ideal for our needs. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a decent selection for a quick meal before heading out. However, there were a couple of misinformation issues regarding the proximity to the beach and the airport that caused some confusion.
The hotel boasts a clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet room despite nearby construction. However, the view from the window to the parking lot limited privacy but having a sitting area was a delightful surprise.
